How to use Control Vocabulary?
Step 1: From the Dashboard, you can see the list of project names.

Step 2: You may select or search the project you want to add asset in CV to. Let’s choose “Items (6612)” project.

Step 3: Once the Project opens, click “View Assets” (see arrow).

Step 4: Add asset by dragging & dropping the files from your computer to the project. A dialog box will pop-up, as shown below. There will be 2 tabs to fill in all the details. “Main tab” is where you fill all the asset details, while the “Category Tree tab” is where you would put the asset in the appropriate folder in the library / knowledge centre. The last box is for “CV,” follow step 5.

Step 5: Fill all details in the “Main” tab. When ticking boxes in the “Category Tree” tab, make sure to select appropriate library. Let’s choose “Social Media > Content” to tag this asset. Select as per your requirement. The Asset will be available in Knowledge hub under that category, allows you to access the Asset quickly.

Step 6: For CV- Let’s select “Media Library”, scroll down to “Social Media” folder, click on “+” symbol to expand all the sub-folders in it and tick “Content” and click on upload it.

Step 7: You can now find the newly uploaded asset in the Project and in the Knowledge Centre.
Note: The asset is available in the Knowledge Centre when the Asset is in the Approved Stage and the Project Type is Processing type. When you open the Asset, there are options to add the asset to the library, as shown in the 2nd image.

Step 8: To search the uploaded asset in the Knowledge Centre, click Knowledge Center (on the top left middle corner of the page) and click on Categories (left of the page). Scroll down the list and search for “Social Media content,” then “Content.” If the asset has been approved by the Admin, you will see it in the Knowledge Centre.
