How to set user profile (for approval and approved)?
Step 1: From the Dashboard or even home page, click on any project for which you want to set user profile. Here I am selecting Project “Items 3370”.

Step 2: Once the Project is open, click “User profiles.”

Step 3: Once you can have clicked the “user profiles” option, you will now see the below page. Then to create a new profile, click on “+” option as indicated by the arrow. You can create as many profiles as you need as per your business requirement for granular access provision for individual members of the group/organization.

Step 4: You will see the dialog box to stating, “Add new profile”, there please add particular name you want to give to that user profile and save it as shown below. For example, say I am added the name as “Sales Team” and save it.

Step 5: You will see a message in green fonts as “New Profile added successfully”, now from here you can give the “Sales team” user profile granular access control to access the project/even necessary stages access as well by using the rules options as seen below.

Step 6: You may now give the “Sales” user profile granular access control to the project or stages as well by using some rules.
For example: Select the stage “Items to be picked and actioned” from the drop-down list. You may select any stages. Then select the granular access rules we’ll provide to the team / user profile [Sales Team] and tick those options only – for both Access Rules & Stage Access Rules. Then click “Save Changes” at the left bottom corner.
We’ve now created a user profile and gave a required granular access rules only at each stage. You can do this for each stage as required. Please read all the access rules carefully. Tick only the ones you want to provide.

Step 7: When successful, you’d see “Saved successfully!” message. Once the user profile is set, you may proceed to Step 8.

Step 8: Click “Members” button in the same page to see the list of project members – see Step 9.

Step 9: In the member list, you will see the column “User Profile.” You may set each member the user profile privilege extended to members. Let’s choose “Media Team” as an example and save.

Step 10: You may save this profile by clicking the “Save” button next to it. You have saved it correctly if you see the “Profile saved successfully!” prompt. Media team members will only given privileges to the criteria you set from the User Profile. You can create as many user profiles you want.
