How to download versions of files?

Step 1: From the Dashboard – Select the required project name that you want to download files from using the download option. For instance, Project name “Items (3370)” click and open. Then click on “view assets”, to view all the assets and its stages in that project.

Step 2: You can now see the list of assets in this Project and some files under different stages as well. Let’s select the stage “Items to be picked up and actioned.” There are currently two files. Let’s download the Asset ID : #1002212. Click the “download” icon.

Once clicked, the file will automatically be downloaded and saved in your system.

Step 3: To download any versions, select an asset that has versions indicated in it as shown below and click on the asset. Only the assets that has different versions the below option will be visible.

Step 4: Click and open the asset which has versions. Then Select the tab “versions” as indicated below and you will see multiple versions of the asset in there and then click on the download option. Whichever version you want to download head over to that particular version and click on the “download” button option as shown below and the asset will be downloaded to your system.

Please note: In the versions tab different versions of the asset will be available from Ideation to Final asset which is approved to use. In “versions” tab you can also download any versions from its respective options and see the version number. All assets are automatically stacked once uploaded as “Active” version file.

“Audit Trail” tab will show the details of who uploaded the versions – see below.
