How to download files?

Step 1: From the Dashboard – Select the required project name that you want to download files from using the download option. For instance, Project name “Items (3370)” click and open. Then click on “view assets” option as indicated below to view all assets by stages as well.

Step 2: Once the Project is open, click on “View Assets” to go to the asset field.

Step 3:

You can now see all the list of assets in this Project and there might also be some files under different stages as well. So here I have selected stage “items to be picked” for instance as below. And I see two files at the moment. If I wish to download the asset ID :#1002212 as indicated below then select on the respective download option of that image.   

And the file will get downloaded in your downloaded files of your system. You can use the “cross” to delete the asset, “Eye” option to preview the asset, “Download” option to download the asset and “arrow next” to see go to the next asset. You can also use the “Notes” option to comment on the asset.

Once you download the asset, it will be available on your downloads folder of your computer/laptop or your browser downloads history as well.
