Step 1: Whether it’s a new or existing Project, adding tasks will be the same. Let’s add a task to an existing Project. Here in the Dashboard, we’ll choose the project “Test Project (3356)”

Step 2: When the project opens, we’ll be directed to the Task table.

Step 3: Click the first row – For Approval

Step 4: To add a task, click the buttons below the table. We’ll focus on the buttons #4 and #5.

Since we’re adding a task under the “For Approval” row, we’ll click the #5 button.

Step 5: It will add a row below the “parent row.” Use the slide bar to go through the row.

Fill in the following:

Notice that the row is in “green” indicating a newly added row. When everything is filled in, don’t forget to save . We named the task “New Asset.”

When the tasks is saved, the row will be white with green ID – indicating an update has been done in that row. The Action Icons will also appear when the tasks is saved.
