How to add, tag, and view Assets to a Task?
Step 1: Let’s go to the Project [Test Project (3356)], where we recently added a task and click the “New Asset” row.

Step 2: When a tasks is successfully saved, the following icons will appear next to it. For this guide, we will focus on the first 2 icons.

Step 3: Click the 2nd icon –
to add Assets to task
Step 4a: A pop-up window will appear where you can upload the assets. Click the “New” tab and drag and drop or browse through your computer the Asset you want to add.

Step 4b: Another pop-up dialog box will appear to complete the Asset upload. Here, you’ll enter the Caption name – to easily find it in the pool of Assets in the Library.
In the Category Tree, tick the appropriate categories for the uploaded Asset.

We’ll name the upload “Sample Asset.” When all details are filled in and provide, click Upload.

Step 5: The file / document is saved in the Project’s “View Asset” page and tagged in the Task. You have successfully tagged the Asset in the Tasks when the paperclip icon (attachment) next to the Task Name turns GREEN and the task row turns light green too. Don’t forget to SAVE.

Step 6: To view the tagged asset in the Task, click on the paperclip icon (attachment)

Step 7: A pop-up box will appear to show all the tagged assets in the Task. Each tab specifies the details of the Asset in view.

You may close the window by clicking the CLOSE button on the bottom right corner of the box, to go back to the “View Task” table.
