Where to find your Order History?

To find your Order History, click your Profile on top of the page (the one that says “Hi, [Your Name]“)

Go to “Order History” just below “Edit Account Details”

It will direct you to the Order History page.

Here, it shows:

• Date: When you ordered
• Order No. – Reference
• No. Pics: How many items
• Net Amount: How much it was
• Invoice Number
• Downloaded: If you have downloaded it
• Order History: Usage Details – Items you ordered are listed here
• Download Order: if you want to download or redownload the items
• Invoice Date: When the invoice was issued, if there are any.

To check the assets you have download, click on the Usage Details / Order History

It will direct you to the page where all your items you ordered are listed:

It will show you the following columns:

• Pic No.: Asset IDs of all the files / image
• Image Size: File Size
• Category & Type: What the files are for
• Price: How much

To download the orders, just click the Download Order button

It will direct you to the download page, where you can download or redownload your orders.

If you want to go back to the Dashboard, just click Team Projects on top middle right of the page, next to your profile.
