Category Tree Search and Advanced Search

Step 1: “Log On” to the site to navigate the homepage / dashboard and when you’re already registered and can access iMediaflow® application. However, if not registered yet, you may click “Register” which is at the top right corner of the page.

To Log On, use the registered email address and password. Use the forgotten password option just in case you don’t remember your original password.

Step 2:  Once Logged On, you can access homepage by clicking the “Home” menu. You can navigate any projects/pages from here and can always go back to Home Page by clicking “Home” on top left corner.

When you click on “Team Projects” on the right you can see the “Dashboard,” and can see the list of projects and its details, along with the status.

Step 3: Click “Knowledge center” to use category tree search to navigate.

Step 4: View all the assets in “Knowledge center.”

Step 5: On the left corner, select “Categories” option to find all the relevant tagged assets under those libraries, respectively.

Step 6: Scroll down the “Category Tree” and select “Social Media >> Content”, where you can view all the assets available, under this library.

Step 7: Or utilize the “Search asset library” on the right corner to search any asset by “Asset ID or Keyword.” For example, “1002230” and hit Enter to find the asset.

Step 8: Also utilize the “Advanced Search filter option” providing more multi-faceted search options, as shown below.

Here, you can search using keywords, select your respective orientation, file types, and select other various options available to search, and you can even use the “reset” button to reset all the filter selected, and start a fresh selection. See all results of digital assets when you click “Search.”
